If you are feeling anxious, burned out, like the weight of the world is solely on you, or simply feel like you've lost your sense of self, you are not alone. I specialize in helping adults, children, and families navigate a world that often expects too much. Placing an unreasonable amount of pressure on us, undoubtedly taking a toll on our mental health, relationships, families and our own sense of self.
I offer a collaborative space where together we can unpack the stress, grief, and self-doubt that is keeping you feeling stuck. We will explore your world with compassion and curiosity, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and build skills that support immediate relief as well as lasting change. My approach is client-centered and tailored to your pace. I am confident that together we can begin a path to better wellness.
If you are ready to begin the journey, or even think you may be, contact me via phone or email to schedule a brief consultation to see if we are a good fit. You don't have to navigate this alone, support is here!
My specialties include anxiety, depression, grief, fatigue/burnout, child and school issues, 504 planning and development, child & adult ADHD, family conflict, parenting, and life transitions.
